Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on ScienceHindi 360 (sciencehindi.in) — including the Astronaut (Premium) and Cosmos Master (Max) plans. Payments are processed through our authorized payment partner Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.

Summary: Digital subscriptions on ScienceHindi 360 are generally non-refundable once activated, because access to premium content is delivered instantly. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time to stop future charges, and you will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

1. Nature of the Service

ScienceHindi 360 sells access to digital content — articles, wallpapers, deep-dive blogs, documentaries, expert Q&A, and digital certificates. Because this content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can, we treat each subscription purchase as a final, consumed sale once your plan is activated.

2. No-Refund Policy (Default)

All subscription fees paid for the Astronaut monthly plan and the Cosmos Master annual plan are non-refundable, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after activation;
  • You did not use the platform as much as you expected;
  • You forgot to cancel before an auto-renewal charge;
  • You lost access to the email address on your account;
  • A specific piece of content does not meet your personal expectations;
  • Partial periods — we do not issue pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a month or year.

3. Cancellation of Auto-Renewal

You can stop future charges at any time. Cancelling does not issue a refund for the current billing period — it simply prevents the next automatic charge.

  • Log in to your ScienceHindi 360 account and open Settings → Subscription, or;
  • Email sciencehindi360@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Cancel Subscription".

After cancellation, your account remains Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then automatically moves to the free Explorer tier.

4. Exceptions — When We Will Consider a Refund

In the interest of fairness, we will review refund requests for the following cases. Approval is at our sole discretion and refunds, where granted, are made to the original payment method.

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same plan in the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
  • Unauthorized transaction: A charge was made without your consent and you can provide reasonable evidence (e.g. a Razorpay/bank dispute reference).
  • Service failure within 48 hours of purchase: The premium features never activated after payment and we were unable to resolve the issue after a written request to our support email.

Refund requests under this section must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Requests made after this window will not be processed.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email sciencehindi360@gmail.com with:

  • The email address on your ScienceHindi 360 account;
  • The Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID (found in your payment confirmation email);
  • The reason for the request and any supporting evidence (screenshots, bank statements, etc.).

We aim to respond to every request within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method and typically appear in 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's timelines.

6. Chargebacks

Before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved faster directly. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining subscription access.

7. Price Changes & Plan Discontinuation

We may change our prices or retire a plan at any time. Any price change applies only to future billing cycles — you will not be charged a higher rate mid-cycle. If we discontinue a plan you are currently on, we will honour your existing term until it naturally ends.

8. Taxes

Prices displayed on the pricing page are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless otherwise stated, include any applicable taxes collected on our behalf by Razorpay. Refunds, when issued, are for the total amount charged including taxes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of a paid plan after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
